These are the Claude Code skills I use to advance a show, with my artists, contacts, deals and logins taken out. A skill is just a written playbook Claude reads before it does the job, so you can open every one of these, see how it works, and change it to fit your tour.

What's in the pack

  • Agency portal. Find the show, read the offer and the contract PDF, pull the deal terms and contacts.
  • Show advance. Draft the advance email thread from the contract. It only drafts. Nothing sends without you.
  • Advance intake. Read the venue's replies and attachments and file the answers where the crew can see them.
  • RoadOps. Build the day: schedule, hotels, guest list and notes, in plain English.
  • Show settlement. Reconcile what was paid against the deal and draft the recap.
  • Refine skill. After you correct it, fold the lesson back into the skill so it sticks.

You bring your own Claude Code, your own agency and RoadOps or Master Tour logins, and an email tool. The README walks through it. These are examples to adapt, not a finished product.
